There is no amount of money in the world enough to buy respect, honesty and genuine laugh.

There is no such thing as right time…. We are running against a stupid clock and risking everything until a certain hour…. There is just time and I think we should tell the people that we love how much we care for them.

I choose kindness, I choose to tell my people that I care about them, I choose to be there instead of running away.

Show up half awake, drunk, sleepy, tired, angry, sad or even on the verge of giving up but nevertheless show up to you and to the people that matter to you.

Show up anyway….
I feel the sentence “show up” needs a little clarification.

I’ve heard it so much on my journey as an online entrepreneur, and it’s often referring to “showing up for your audience and potential clients and customers”.

But if you’re not an online entrepreneur or content creator - which I ALSO am…. (does it make sense when I say that… outside my business, I am also just a human bean, right…) - I feel it’s about showing up for you.

And that means you have to figure out what you’re showing up for.

And allow yourself to explore it, without the need to “perform perfection”.

Just take kids, or toddlers learning to walk, right. They are showing up for themselves in the practice of walking.
They don’t hold themselves back, because they can’t walk yet, and say “well, it’s not for me, because I can’t….”

They fall. They stumble. The walk a few steps, and fall again.
Over and over - not thinking “oh my god, what do they think of me….?”

You get to do that to - and absolutely ignore when other people actually DO say weird things, because THEY themselves are afraid of showing up.

You’re allowed to focus only on your cheerleaders, and ignore the naysayers. And practise being a beginner, or intermediate - on your journey to whatever it is that you want.

Show up for life, dude! It’s truly yours for the taking. Because you’re the one living it.

I hope that the things I think have been bouncing around at the correct frequency. I quit shouting from the rooftops and I’ve tried to learn calculated conversations. These are the things that play over and over. Sometimes I wonder if this is what it’s like to be a woman trying to speak in circles she wasn’t born. Or is this exclusion? Protection? It’s definitely persecution based.

I see your beacons. I also see that I am a beacon. If I can agree and see we are the same does that mean that science could be correct and if I try hard enough my thoughts can transfer and translate?

You just can not make up the events on June 10 and August 26, and all in-between. I don’t know who has the ability to help me figure it all out, but music has always been my life vest and light house. I trust it will show up for me.

If you want to succeed, you don’t need to figure all out now.

What you need to do is simple:
1️⃣ Show up.

…and of course the list can be more extensive and you can add a lot of things like:

Be resilient and consistent.
Focus on your goals.
Be kind to yourself.

…and so on.

But for me showing up is the most important of all.

All of my clients who show up for themselves, experience transformation. They are attending, despite external forces. They want result and they are getting the result. They are resilient, consistent and focused.
Self-development and healing is a process; long-haul journey. Not an overnight session.

Stay on track and keep showing up.
