Filing a DMCA Notice
To request removal of content that infringes your copyright, submit a written notice containing:

- The URL(s) of the infringing content on Tumsly
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Contact us via the report form with your counter-notice details.
Repeat Infringers
We will block repeat infringers from being indexed on Tumsly.
