Relevancia - ¿Cómo nos ayuda con el dibujo realizado en mi carrera? -Este dibujo me ayuda a entender y aplicar la perspectiva y el punto de fuga para representar espacios urbanos con profundidad y proporción.
Lógica - ¿Tiene sentido este contenido visto en dibujo para mi profesión de diseñador? -Sí tiene sentido, porque como diseñador necesito saber representar volúmenes, fachadas y espacios en perspectiva.

ASIGNACION 06.SEM. Retícula isométrica 30 y 30 grados, Diseño de 2D a 3D.
Relevancia - ¿Cómo nos ayuda con el dibujo realizado en mi carrera? -La construcción de rótulos con retícula me ayuda a que mis láminas y sketches de arquitectura sean más ordenados, proporcionales.
Lógica - ¿Tiene sentido este contenido visto en dibujo para mi profesión de diseñador? -Sí tiene sentido, porque el uso de retículas y la rotulación no es solo una técnica de dibujo, sino una herramienta fundamental para organizar la información visual.

Relevancia - ¿Cómo nos ayuda con el dibujo realizado en mi carrera? -Este sketch me ayuda a practicar proporción, volumen y composición. Me permite representar casas con diferentes alturas y techos, y mejorar cómo dibujo puertas, ventanas y detalles.
Lógica - ¿Tiene sentido este contenido visto en dibujo para mi profesión de diseñador? -Sí tiene sentido, porque como diseñador necesito saber expresar mis proyectos visualmente. El dibujo me ayuda a entender cómo se organizan y conectan los espacios.

So, I want to say something about this complete self-own by Discord and the ID verification. Actually, a couple of somethings:
On this whole consumer action thing:
Ok like I’m not going to tell people not to jam up Discord’s inbox telling them how bad an idea this is. Or canceling Nitro. Or anything like that. But also, we all realize that even a backpedal only buys a couple of months of continued use, right? Existing incentives are just to heavily aligned against users at this point. They’ll force it through one way or another, and the only alternative is…well, an alternative. Leaving Discord and actively using something else.
On staying on Discord anyway because you don’t use it for porn:
Sure. But we both know it’s a straight line from “it’s only 18+ content that’s affected” to suddenly any queer anything is labeled “18+” and congrats, now they have a database of everyone in those spaces, complete with IDs that might out people when (not if) they leak. Not just financial and bureaucratic damage is it? That’s a real risk to personal safety. For a chat app.
Please, look into open source, self-hosted options.
Put your Nitro money into donations for Stoat.chat. Host your own Matrix server. Combine something easy like Signal with Jitsi to get screen sharing working. If you can’t host yourself, ask your techie friend about self hosting. And yes, I say that as the techie friend who knows what the maintenance overhead of infrastructure like this is. Ask them their thoughts on it anyway. Offer to help with hardware and power costs, or to physically store the server while they maintain it remotely, or to stay by their side as they troubleshoot a bad update at 3 in the morning. But this is me reminding you to talk to your friends about this, even if their answer is “I can’t host it myself,” you can accept that and still find other ways to get your digital freedom and safety back. Those alternatives i mentioned aren’t an exhaustive list and the options vary significantly in complexity and effort, but there are solutions for every level people are at.
Branch away from centralized, packaged solutions. They will always be weaponized against you when incentives align. The nature of open source software severely curtails this tendency, and the control you get over your digital life means that you can offer technology as a shield instead of a spear.
I won’t lie, there isn’t a perfect all in one replacement right now, but quite literally through collective action and accepting a bit of friction in the short term, we could make the Discord we all actually wanted.
