Oddsconsin: UFOs and alien abductions
Wisconsin has more unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings per capita than any other state in the Upper Midwest. The National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) lists 2,544 sightings in Wisconsin since 1947. With a 2020 population of 5.9 million, that means 4.32 sightings per 10,000 people. Compare that number to Iowa (4.00), Minnesota (3.88), Michigan (3.78), and Illinois (3.45). Wisconsin is clearly a destination for visitors from other planets.
Ultraman Arc with the “new” armor that I’ve just discovered now - Bandai calls it the “SoliLunaKing Armor”. So that explains the extra pair of joints at the back of Luna Armor where the wings can be upturned.
It would be amazing if Arc actually had that armor in the series, an unprecedented combination of speed and strength.

Do people really think Kevin’s characterization in UAF conflicts with the original series? I don’t really see it (a handful of backstory retcons notwithstanding). I think the perceived discrepancy can be explained by the fact he was 11 years old back then. People point to the fact he’s A-okay with killing a shit tonne of innocent people in his first appearance as if it contradicts where’s he’s at morally at the start of Alien Force but he still really could care less about other people in the early days of UAF. He teams up with Ben and Gwen partly because of his promise to Magister Labrid but mostly because he’s a complete simp for Gwen and eventually their good influence rubs off on him. Before that point though if they weren’t around he’d absolutely still be trading weapons to the Highbreed and happily counting his cash while the whole damn universe burned. The main thing that’s changed about him since the original series is he’s a much more emotionally stable amoral douche, which, like… it’s been 5 years and he got help.
Controversial opinion, but think about it- how many extraordinary people do you know? Now look at everyone else around them. Really look. Some of them may be great, a lot good, most you’d describe as being fine. That’s the reality for the majority. That’s the way of the world, just how life goes. Now, one more question-

Yeah Vilgax is like Optimus Prime, if you can see his mouth then it’s probably a bad design. His UAF design is just dreadful overall. Dear god what a downgrade.
It’s so much more than that though, just about everything about him gets downgraded. The voice is worse, the dialogue is worse, there’s none of that same incredible sense of weight & power to him, he’s nowhere near as much of a physical threat and his personality is suddenly way goofier.
Again he’s a villain who lives or dies entirely on aura, which wasn’t a problem in the original series because they really, REALLY went hard with him. They made him really cool and absolutely terrifying and that’s all he needed. Alien Force really just seemed to have no idea what to do with him and no idea what made him work in the first place.

“Sun So Far Away”
