Ugh I hate school hallways so much, because wdym I have to fit my wings through all these people? I’m sore from all the pushing and pulling of them!!! I wish people would be more respectful, like, never heard of spacial awareness or smt???

Lord, I hate physics but I’m forced to do it

Okay, so I just read a really good post by this person here about TEETH. Teeth health, and it’s especially useful if you find yourself struggling with depression and hygiene.

I’m raising my own hand, because I once went, I think, a whole year without properly brushing. It sucked, I had a literal hole in the back of one of my teeth. That tooth is gone now because the root canal failed and I had to get it pulled. Shout out some random ass Comfort dental, I suffered greatly while under your care :)
(They did my root canal and the numbing stuff didn’t work so I was stuck writhing in agony because I wasn’t gonna go through that whole process again. I was getting that shit done THAT DAY.)

Anyway, I would like to just have a small rant about water drinking and how I think (and this is based in America) the School System has royally SCREWED OVER CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS when it comes to drinking water.

As someone who is a “Follow the Rules” and “I don’t even wanna mildly annoy someone, dear god” how the schools here handle bathroom breaks royally screwed over my water drinking habits.

I learned that if I just… didn’t drink any water through out the day I wouldn’t have to bother the teacher to go use the restroom. It didn’t help that I also had many classes which were far away from the bathrooms. And also… school bathrooms in general are a hell in of itself. Especially in Middle/High School.

The way teachers will dangle bathroom breaks urks me so badly. Being stuck on “No-Fly” and then a set amount of passes for a day. I understand if, say, a student is actively using bathroom breaks to skip- I loath those people with a burning passion because come on dude, other people have to ACTUALLY take a piss.

But it feels like we’ve all been taught that going to the bathroom is bad. It’s disruptive, and it “takes away from your learning.”

“I guess I’ll piss on the floor” has rung so many times in my head when teachers are like “Why didn’t you go during lunch/passing period?” like- I’m sorry? I go to an Alt school and those bathrooms are LOCKED during passing period, and I don’t really know their status during lunch time. Shrug. But like- even if the bathrooms were unlocked during passing period, it’s like FIVE MINUTES LONG.

Lets go! I’m gonna speed run emptying my bladder!!!

Ignoring the fact that I was born “a woman” and may need more time than- like- say five fucking minutes- to deal with the fact the devil is attempting to use me as a portal out of hell. Or if the gut decided that today was a good day to take a 180 and leave me hunched over in that one meme. Dude in green chair- it’s from Evangelion I believe.

It just… god I feel like the school system drops the ball on proper hydration, and bladder health.

When I tell you, I cannot STAND these fuckass guys. Why? Because they genuinely cannot stfu. I have 2 classes with these dumbasses, English and math.

I’m my English class, we had to go into rows instead of groups of 4 because these guys CAN’T HANDEL GROUPS💔💔 we can to get rid of the supply things on our desks cause they kept throwing highlighters around the room, seriously wtf?

my math class isn’t much better. Overall these guys just can’t stfu, and they play random shit on full volume in the middle of notes. And if that’s not enough, they constantly make fun of my friend for her body oder (which she is trying to fix), and because of how rude they are in my math class, our teacher threatened to put this class into rows

Finals are like if there was a dragon you had to fight but instead of just having to fight it you have to feel this undertone of anxiety through everything you do because you could be studying but you never have the motivation to study because every thing is so overwhelming

I didn’t get accepted into their School of Architecture, and I could totally go and work my way to submitting an internal transfer but from what I’ve looked at online, it’s super stressful and competitive and I don’t want to go if I’m just going to waste a year there.

I have a lot of friends going to UTSA and they would happily accept me into their apartment group, but I really need to figure out the cons of both colleges because architecture takes a long time to figure out either way 💔 gonna take every small step I can until I have to make my decision cause my family’s finances just really fucked us over all of a sudden.

I learned it yesterday and Idk why it took me this much to realise but, why the fuck my school uses ai? and I don’t mean just the students, I mean there’s a whole ass subject about it! And mind you, IT’S AN ART SCHOOL. AND IT’S ON THE FIGURATIVE ARTS, WHICH MIND YOU AGAIN, IT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE DIGITAL ART OR ANYTHING, IT’S JUST TRADITIONAL.

I am so baffled because this shit,it’s in an art school, ART school. AI fucking steals our jobs! Our creative jobs and you want to befriend it???? I DON’T WANT TO FUCKING BEFRIEND SOME CLANKER THAT STEALS MY FUTURE JOB AND PRACTICALLY LIFE! BC, guess what teacher? AI CONSUMES WATER, WORSE IF IT’S AI GENERATED IMAGES, SOMETHING YOU WANT TO HAVE. And when I asked why, a question that’s SHOULD BE ASKED. Bro got defensive???? Like, lil dude, I’m asking a question, something I am allowed to do bc this WHOLE thing doesn’t make sense! I’m genuinely so tired of AI getting shoved down our throats. And it’s not making any sense either why use it, just because it’s there doesn’t mean you have to use it? I haven’t even heard of anything demanding the use of AI in school so it’s just teachers being ignorant and/or stupid, which knowing where I am from, it could be both.

i dont like having all advanced classes in my school bc when people ask me if they know someone popular in our grade they at least have like one on-level class and OHHHHH i hate missing out

SCHOOL RANT

So at my school we have bathrooms in each hallway but now my school thinks to lock the bathrooms and only leave one open to stop the vapers is a good idea.

Do you not realize kids are gonna vape regardless like we have a bathroom outside that’s near the cafeteria kids still vape in it.

BUT YOU LEAVE ONE BATHROOM OPEN. LIKE WHAT IF A GIRL IS ON HER PERIOD AND SHE CAN’T GET TO THE NEAREST BATHROOM BECAUSE IT’S LOCK SO SHE HAS TO GO ACROSS THE WHOLE SCHOOL JUST TO GET TO A BATHROOM. SAY GOODBYE TO PANTS THAT SHE WEARS.

Your a school and we can’t even use the bathroom. What’s next no more bathrooms at all because kids vape.

Like I had a issue my pants got dirty because of my period. I couldn’t even go to the bathroom why because it was locked. I was lucky I was in dance and we changed clothes for dance because if it was another girl. Her pants are ruined.

This is my rant because I am tired of this. I don’t think the school realizes one thing ruins another.

The school handbook says teachers can give us 3.5 hour of homework a night. It’s only week 3 and they are already assigning that much, I don’t know how I’m going to survive the year.

Animation teacher gave us a list of 100 people who influenced animation in some way and told us to write an essay about one. I was and expecting to see Mary Blair on the list but she wasn’t there, so I searched around through the names and realized that there were zero women on the list
