My business:

My snow removal service intends to provide reliable winter roof-clearing for returning seasonal campers at the RV park I manage, helping protect their trailers, patio enclosures, and sheds from heavy snow and ice build-up when the park is closed and deep snow makes their sites hard to access.  Creating a persona for my ideal customer helps me understand their motivations and why they would choose to hire me.
