You don’t need to achieve your goals fast. As long as you are consistently taking steps towards your goal you are making progress. You can only fail when you give up.

Hello?! Last Saturday I ran in shorts and a tshirt, Monday it was in the 70s, and now this?? And with snow in the forecast?!
No wonder I can’t convince myself to get my butt out of bed to go for my run 🙈 I’m sick of this nonsense!
Day 42: battled heat, gym, enjoyed home-cooked meal, reflected on greens.
Accountability post for today:
I WILL do a round of dishes
I WILL spend some time with my ex (we’re friends now so it’s not a weird situation)
I WILL read
I WILL unpack a single box
What are you all hoping to accomplish today? :)

I’m so tired. I’ve been sleeping like shit (i don’t want to get off the couch to go to bed) i’ve been eating like shit (ate the entire ice cream carton) and have been working my ass off (4 miles, 4.6 miles, 4.3 miles at work) i’ve been struggling to complete assignments (overdue paper and two due discussion posts) and i haven’t had energy to read my library book due monday.
it’s drywall weekend again so Saturday and Sunday are packed already unfortunately.
also my phone is slowly starting to crap out and i’m not in the place to get a new one so that’s Great
