guys just a word of advice. Don’t buy “easy break” coconuts from Kroger. Unless you like your coconuts with a side of mold

I was at Kroger kinda late (8PM) and saw this while walking around with my bf to kill time 🤣 with the 40% off sign right next to it, it looks like someone did this on purpose lol.
Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to mean fighting for a last-minute reservation, overpaying for a fixed menu, or rushing through dinner because your table is booked for the next couple. Kroger is leaning into a simpler (and honestly more romantic) idea for 2026: bring date night home with a restaurant-style surf and turf dinner—plus flowers, dessert, and weekly deals that keep the whole plan…
Skip the Reservation: Kroger’s Surf-and-Turf Deals Make Valentine’s Day Easy (and Affordable)

The United States’ second-largest grocery retailer, The Kroger Co., announced Monday that its board of directors has appointed Greg Foran as chief executive officer, effective immediately. [Full story]

Ya know, despite the label and how the flavors would clash. These are really good snacks.
we’ve been over this babe. you and i are married and have 4 kids. you forgot again, its okay.
"Braving the chaos of those panicky shoppers due to the storm coming, I went over to Kroger’s yesterday to pick up a few items and yes! the bread section looked like it had been raided by locusts, and as I dodged and made my way through, I thought a beef roast sounded good; I haven’t cooked one in a while. Figured I’d slow-cook it, let it heat up the house, and have enough to pick at for a few days while the snow piles up.
Then I looked at the price tag.
Twenty-some dollars for a piece of meat – that’s outlandish! I stood there staring at it with my “readers on” to make sure I was seeing that price correctly. Holey Cow! I love a good roast, but I don’t love it enough to pay half my internet and TV bill for it. They’ll mark it down when it gets closer to spoiling or the date of expiration–that’s the only way I’m buyin’ it.
My Daddy always said, “You can scrape the green off of any beef and eat it– it won’t kill ya– but pork damn sure will!”
Muttering my disgust at the overpriced piece of meat, I put that roast back and walked my happy self over to the produce section, picked up a head of cabbage and grabbed a couple of smoked sausages. Saw a recipe on Facebook—cabbage and sausage soup. It ain’t fancy, and it sure as hell ain’t a prime cut of beef, but it’s hot, it’s cheap, and it’ll fill a hole just the same.
In my neck of the woods, you learn real quick: if you can’t afford the high road, the low road still gets you home.“
Offering discounts on fruits and veggies to SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid recipients (with required verification every 5 months) when you know they’ve recently passed legislation to fucking GUT these programs is not as “generous” of an offer as you are making it out to be, and following that with “we also offer half-off for the paid membership” you are a fucking grocery store and while I don’t particularly like Costco/Sam’s Club, they are wholesalers. You are fucking Kroger, a regular ass grocery store, and hiding your coupons behind a paywall is bullshit.

I shouldn’t have to say this but you NEVER help out another woman when your wife is around. It’s innocent, it’s nothing at all but just don’t do it. Stay safe out there!!!!!!
Ohh I saw this during the game but the game turned to shit so I forgot about it. Guess Joe is still doing work with Kroger even though they haven’t posted any content with him in awhile

Exclusive: Leaked Memo Reveals Kroger Executives Knew For Years That Most Workers Live In Poverty
“JANUARY 13, 2022 By Jordan Zakarin
An explosive new document obtained by More Perfect Union reveals that supermarket giant Kroger has long been aware that its workers can’t afford basic necessities and struggle to survive.
The internal presentation, titled “State of the Associate” and marked “confidential,” warned Kroger executives in 2018 that hundreds of thousands of employees live in poverty and rely on food stamps and other public aid as a result of the company’s low pay.
“Most employees are considered to be living in poverty and need State Aid as in food stamps, free school lunch, etc. just to get by,” one slide warned.
The presentation is peppered with quotes from unnamed employees that foretell the internal labor uprising that would come a few years later. “Something is wrong when the people who are actually making this company profitable are the ones deepest in poverty,” said one employee quoted from an internal survey. “I literally work at a grocery store and can’t afford to eat regularly. In short, pay us what we are worth; we know you can afford it.””
