Amidst slowing donations and waning attention on Gaza, amidst Israel’s continue massacre of Palestinians and ban on aid groups, Ibrahim’s father has died from malnutrition.

1.6 million Gazans are facing acute food insecurity, including Ibrahim and his remaining family. There is no food in Ibrahim’s tent, and he cannot afford the medication he needs. Ibrahim’s mother is breaking down over the news of her husband’s death, and even fainted from grief. Ibrahim is trying his best to take care of her while he himself is also drowning in grief. Meanwhile, there is still no food or medicine; they themselves are at risk of dying from malnutrition.
