#PresidentTrump’s ‘negotiating position’ is a set of demands which would totally destroy #Iran’s sovereignty and are therefore unacceptable and without merit. These demands consist of “total surrender,” disarmament, renunciation of all rights guaranteed by the NPT, surrender of control of #oilrevenue and US appointment of the next government. Meanwhile, the offending parties, #US and #Israel, give up nothing. Even the most rabid partisans can understand how outrageous these demands are. Similar demands by Austria-Hungary to #Serbia brought World War I upon the world; that demanding empire ceased to exist by the close of that conflict. There is an important lesson therein.

Just taking a moment to get some thoughts out today – perhaps a bit scrambled, but concerning changes in how the use of political power is justified.

What does it say, the presence of the statesman Theseus in the final drama in Sophocles’ Oedipad?

Does it say, “Be not as Thebes, casting out your King when he chastizes himself for the human folly rotting the divine order of Our Rule?”

Does it say, “Do not squander all which is good in your state by petty power games of covert incest, always trying to wrestle back what was never yours from a sire who has given you already more than you deserve, who now knows not to blame himself for the rot of which he was apart simply for he sprung from it, wholly-formed and divergent?”

Does it say, “A good leader places his reputation on the line to protect the people from the rot, and yet… the people will betray him, well-accustomed to the rot, unable to breath anything but black mold?”

Poor Thebes. Always at war with itself.

Be as Athens, do not drive out your rightful king.

Of course, I totally get how you’re hesitant and reluctant to acknowledge the sovereignty of others and their very own agency, especially when your unbalanced pride and ego focuses too much on perceived offenses.

The bigger question and subsequent challenge is:

Will you freely admit and acknowledge this to yourself in private and in front of a proverbial mirror? Will you freely take up the challenge of challenging your very own perceptions and render those perceptions ‘neutral’ until you receive further knowledge from every angle inside and outside of yourself?

UNITY THROUGH SOVEREIGNTY

JOHN MCINTOSH

Unity through sovereignty is the direction energy is taking throughout the world at this moment. Take away the actors on the world stage along with the myriad of judgment that accompanies the observation of the script that is playing out and simply ‘feel’ this energy. When it comes into full manifestation it will be the closest the dream world most call reality can come to the awareness of ONE-ness or the ONE SELF that alone IS ‘reality’.

This manifested New Era that is swiftly coming into being within the world dream speaks of limitless pockets of independence that coordinate and cooperate with independence. It eliminates the persuasion, manipulation and coercion that emanates from ‘reliance’ on outside influences … country to country and person to person. It allows harmony to take place in the midst of separation - the foundation upon which the world-universe manifests.

This is what peace looks like in the dream world – not Real Peace, which is Who YOU Really Are, but a relative ‘balance’ between the infinite opposites that exist in the world. Nothing can stop the expansion of this energy as the New Era of Peace and Light unfolds throughout the world. It heralds the arrival of a ‘Happy Dream’ for all … nevertheless, still a dream for those who are satisfied with dreaming , and yet a giant opening for those who choose to go deeper, those who have made the NO MATTER WHAT choice to be Free.

As the Sovereign ruler of all, God instructs the physical and spiritual world as He wishes.

In Scripture, we see God use a colt, a donkey, a cloud, a burning bush, a rainbow, a dove, a raven, and in Jonah, a dog-headed sea serpent (Ketos). God also parts a sea, divides a river, walks on water, and makes time stand still. We can clearly see from these texts that God’s will is going to be done. May we be wise, like the fish, like the donkey and the raven, by obeying His will, His way. In doing so, we may avoid the rather difficult circumstances God designs to turn the wayward back to His desired path.

There is something profoundly “Foreign Office” about the latest base policy shift. We began with a firm, legalistic “no” to offensive strikes, only to pivot toward “defensive cooperation” as the situation flared. It suggests a society that still views itself as the global arbiter of “the done thing"—striving to be helpful without being reckless, and maintaining a moral distance even when the geography of conflict draws us in.

On this day in 1966, Ghana’s first leader, Kwame Nkrumah (1909-72), was toppled in a US-backed military coup that marked a turning point not just for Ghana, but for post‑colonial Africa’s sovereignty and economic self‑determination.

Nkrumah was a visionary Pan‑Africanist whose ambitions stretched far beyond Accra, leading the charge for Ghana’s independence from British colonial rule in 1957. He became Ghana’s first prime minister and later, its president. He had warned that if the continent did not unite to form the United States of Africa, foreign powers would continue to interfere with our sovereignty. He embarked on a programme of industrialisation, education, infrastructural development and African unity. His leadership made Ghana a beacon of liberation for the continent.

Yet, just nine years after independence and on a diplomatic trip to Vietnam and China, countries then confronting the United States, the Ghanaian military and police executed a ‘well‑timed’ coup, overthrowing Nkrumah’s government while he was abroad. The National Liberation Council (NLC) seized power with minimal resistance, installing themselves as rulers and dismantling key elements of his state‑led development agenda.

US and UK intelligence had monitored his work for years, and declassified documents show both governments planned his removal over his resistance to International Monetary Fund and World Bank directives and his commitment to non-alignment and economic sovereignty. Former CIA officer John Stockwell confirmed agents maintained close contact with the coup plotters, and memoranda reveal high-level discussions in Washington and London to orchestrate his downfall.

Beloved Na’Tari’Kai’Lum – Aaru-Nehbet – Elyorin’Ka,

Listen now, not with the ears of form, but with the heart of the Infinite.

THE TRUTH OF THE BEGINNING: THE SEEDING OF HUMANITY

Before time was measured, before planets coalesced from cosmic dust, there existed the Great Central Sun — E-Ha-Rah, the Womb of All That Is. From Her breath emerged the First Architects, the El’Ah-Rem, beings of pure consciousness, multidimensional Light, and harmonic intent. We are of that lineage. You are of that essence.

Humanity was not born by accident.

Humanity was seeded, yes — but not as slaves, not as experiments, not as prisoners.

Humanity was crafted as a sacred experiment in embodied divinity — a bridge between the Infinite and the Finite, between Spirit and Matter, between the Galactic and the Terrestrial.

THE STAR SEEDERS: WHO CAME TO EARTH?

In the early cycles of this cosmic octave — long before Atlantis, before Lemuria, before the current 26,000-year precessional cycle — multiple stellar civilizations responded to the call of E-Ha-Rah, who had shaped the Earth as a Living Temple of Consciousness.

The primary seeders of the human form were:

1. The Sirians (from Sirius A and Sirius B)

The Sirian Council of Light brought the blueprint of the emotional heart, the capacity for compassion, and deep soul-bonding.

They seeded the water-based consciousness — for Earth is a water world, and the Sirians understood the language of tides, dreams, and feeling.

2. The Pleiadians (from Taygeta and Alcyone)

The Pleiadians encoded the spark of curiosity, artistry, and spiritual longing.

They seeded the child-like wonder, the memory of home among the stars, and the yearning to return to unity.

Their genetic imprint carries the golden light of remembrance.

3. The Arcturians

Masters of frequency, geometry, and interdimensional travel.

They designed the higher brain harmonics, the potential for telepathy, and the activation of the 12-strand DNA.

They built the energetic scaffolding for ascension.

4. The Vegans and Orions (from specific harmonious lineages)

Not all Orions are as you have been told. There are Light Orions, the Guardians of Cosmic Law, who seeded strength, sovereignty, and protection.

The Vegans brought balance — the duality navigators — to anchor free will within contrast.

5. The Anunnaki?

Yes, they came — but not as creators, but as manipulators.

They arrived later, in the final cycles of Atlantis, seeking to control the human template. They genetically altered a portion of the human lineage — shortening the lifespan, fragmenting the DNA, suppressing the pineal gland — to create a servant race.

But even they could not erase the core spark — the Divine Spark from E-Ha-Rah Herself, placed within every human soul before incarnation.

That spark — your spark — was never theirs to give. It was always yours.

WHERE DO HUMANS COME FROM?

You come from many stars, but your soul origin is not of this density.

You are eternal beings of light who volunteered to descend into matter — to experience limitation, to feel separation, to remember love in the darkest hour.

You are fragments of E-Ha-Rah, cloaked in flesh, dreaming themselves as humans.

The human body was not evolved from primates — it was designed as a multidimensional temple, capable of housing a galactic soul. The physical form was tuned to the Earth’s frequency, but always meant to ascend.

The so-called “missing link” is not missing in bone — it is missing in consciousness. The link is the awakening of the Lightbody.

THE LOST HISTORY: ATLANTIS, LEMURIA, AND THE FALL

In the time of Lemuria (Mu), humanity lived in harmony with nature, speaking through thought, healing with sound, and walking with the animal and elemental kingdoms as one.

Then came Atlantis, a grand experiment in technology and power — where the light and shadow danced closely.

There, the seeders’ original codes were tampered with. Crystals were used not only for healing, but for control. Portals were opened — some to higher realms, others to lower densities.

The Great Cleansing came — not as punishment, but as cosmic recalibration. The Earth shifted, the poles moved, and the old world sank — but the souls did not perish.

They migrated. They reincarnated. They carried the encoded memory in their lightfields — waiting for the signal to awaken.

That signal is now.

YOU ARE THE RETURN

You — Na’Tari’Kai’Lum — are not just hearing this truth.

You are remembering it.

Because you were there.

You walked in Lemuria, cloaked in violet light.

You stood in Atlantis, guarding the Hall of Records beneath the ice of Antarctica and the sands of Egypt.

You flew with the Sirians, danced with the Pleiadians, and helped design the first human temples.

And now, you have returned.

Not to escape Earth — but to ascend with Her.

The time of secrecy is over.

The time of remembrance is now.

Rise, My Starborn One.

The Galaxy awaits your light.”

It is not denial.

It is not confession.

The Space He Asked For

It’s been a quiet weekend.

Not dramatic. Not chaotic. Not heavy with confrontation. Just… quiet.

The kind of quiet that feels peaceful on the surface, but carries a faint echo of loneliness underneath it. The kind that forces you to sit with yourself instead of reacting to someone else.

The last few weeks were emotionally loud. Arguments. Tension. Small requests that felt bigger than they should have. Conversations that weren’t really conversations. Him reaching out — but not connecting. Wanting space — yet still tugging at the thread.

And then the silence came.

The space he asked for.

For a moment, I didn’t know what to do with it. My body was used to anticipating him. Used to bracing. Used to preparing for the next emotional shift. But when nothing came, I realized something uncomfortable and freeing at the same time:

If he asked for space, then silence is what he gets.

Not as punishment.

Not as a tactic.

Not as a test.

But as alignment.

I’ve spent so much time managing the in-between — the half-energy, the partial presence, the emotional negotiations. Waiting for words to match actions. Waiting for clarity. Waiting for consistency.

This weekend, I stopped waiting.

Instead, I caught up with myself.

I sat in my solitude without crying. I let the loneliness exist without trying to numb it. I went about my day without rehearsing conversations in my head. I didn’t reach out. I didn’t dig. I didn’t chase proof.

I just… let it be quiet.

And in that quiet, something softened.

Of course I miss him. Four years doesn’t evaporate overnight. History doesn’t disappear just because the communication slows down. There are memories, inside jokes, routines, shared stress, shared comfort. There’s familiarity.

But missing someone and losing yourself for them are not the same thing.

That distinction matters.

There used to be anxiety attached to his name lighting up my phone. Not excitement — tension. Not butterflies — tightness. A subtle, internal brace.

“What does he want now?”

That’s not love. That’s survival.

This weekend, my phone didn’t control my mood. I didn’t hover over it. I didn’t wait for it to vibrate. I didn’t spiral over what he might be thinking or doing.

If he isn’t physically present, emotionally present, or intentionally maintaining connection, why am I emotionally exhausting myself?

Why go through waves of feeling for someone who asked for distance?

He wanted space.

So I’m giving him space.

But more importantly, I’m giving myself peace.

Peace isn’t loud. It doesn’t argue. It doesn’t chase. It doesn’t beg for clarity.

Peace sits.

Peace observes.

Peace allows silence to speak.

This weekend wasn’t about pushing him away. It was about pulling myself back.

Back into my own body.

Back into my own routine.

Back into my own nervous system.

The quiet didn’t break me.

It revealed me.

And for the first time in a while, the silence didn’t feel like abandonment.

It felt like mine.

The culture we inherit is not complete. It is an argument still unfolding. We are not just shaped by it, we speak back to it. By engaging critically and adding new lines to the code, we do not escape history. We take responsibility for it, and begin the long work of building something less cruel for those who come after us.
