Pluripotent stem-cell-based screening uncovers sildenafil as a mitochondrial disease therapy - Research
Leigh syndrome is a severe and untreatable mitochondrial disease. Using patient-derived models in 2D and 3D, Zink and colleagues identify the PDE5 inhibitor sildenafil as a repurposable drug candidate, leading to lifespan extension in mammalian models and clinical improvement in six individuals with Leigh syndrome.

Druski Hosts Exclusive Screening for “Coulda Been Love” Season 2 Premiere
This week comedian and actor Druski organized an exclusive, red carpet screening for the Season 2 premiere of his hit reality show, Coulda Been Love, at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
The star-studded event attracted the likes of Jamie Foxx, Jaden Smith, Chloe Bailey, LA Rams superstar Puka Nacua, Wale, Cedric The Entertainer, Tyga, Kenya Barris, Amber Rose, Love Island’s Nic Vansteenberghe, Love Island’s Jeremiah Brown, Polo G, India Love, BenDaDonn, KevOnStage, Speedy Morman, Caleb Pressley, Rakai, Yonna, Lou Young, Sky Bri, Love & Hip-Hop’s Bambi as they came together to support Drusk and the launch of new show.
Season 2 of “Coulda Been Love” will formally premiere on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 9 pm ET on Druski’s YouTube channel. The series will follow a new group of women competing for Druski’s heart along with a $100,000 cash prize, all while living in a Miami mansion as chaos and comedy collide.
The upcoming season will feature an eclectic mix of celebrity appearances, including Sexyy Red, Yung Miami, Sukihana, Joseline Hernandez, Love Island Season 7 winner Amaya Colon, Kai Cenat, BenDaDonn and more. Caleb Pressley also returns as the series host.
Season 1 of Coulda Been Love, released in February 2025, quickly became a cultural phenomenon. Across seven episodes, the series amassed more than 110 million total views, averaging 15.8 million views per episode, further cementing Druski’s ability to deliver appointment-style programming outside of traditional television and streaming platforms.
