with drum island and vivi knowing that there are moments you have to bow, you have to be humble, there’s no grand statement to be made that’s simply how vivi is and every shit ruler we see after serves to contrast her which i think stays in the straw hats mind with every ruler they encounter. you have to meet the vivi standard of doing everything you can for your country (even infiltrating a criminal organization, plotting revolution, etc.) to be a good ruler.
