During tea season, we spend a lot time just waiting on tea. It might seem like a lot inaction but we have to keep all of our senses heightened to detect any chances in the aroma, the color, feeling of tea leaves in our hands, the sound of the tea leaves beating the barrel, etc. We don’t go to bed till after 3:30am, and we get up at 6:30am again for the next step.
