An American Cockroach that can spread the plague and leave poison on the ground, allowing it to lock down whole areas. While real cockroaches at least try to stay clean, these ones are so filthy you can weaponize it. And I do love a good environmental hazard maker.
At first I thought this one was a nymph, but it does seem to have wings, albeit rather short and see-through ones. Maybe the 3D artists misunderstood the concept art like with the bombardier beetle? It’s hard to tell, since I couldn’t find much concept art for the game online at all.
