I finished watching “Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere” last night.
A lot of figures from the manosphere are trying to and/or succeeding going into politics, and we all know how well this will turn out. A lot of them don´t think women should vote.
HS returned to the UK and got arrested.
Angie left AF.
A fan of JW lost his brother to suicide and denies himself to grief for him because he wants to grow from his failures.
A lot of these men seemed to have been from an unstable home that brought them up with lots of trauma, a lot of them having violent or absent fathers. Most now look for stability in money and/or sex don´t mind how they get it. A lot of them are conspiracy theorists for clout.
And if they throw as many people under the bus as they can, that is a fun bonus for them. Feminism seems to blame.
What a good, troubling documentary. I wish I was more surprised.
