I got myself some of Murray’s La Tur (a type of cheese made with 3 kinds of milk) and some rosemary bread for Christmas. It is MY FAVORITE cheese. The website describes it as having the texture of like melty ice cream and that’s 100% correct. I hope everybody gets to eat their favorite cheese soon, no holiday needed, just consider this post the reason you get cheese. It’s always a good day to get your favorite cheese. But if you do get your favorite cheese you HAVE to tell me.

Yesterday at work was a 17 hour day, 20,137 step day. I am exhausted. Now I’m headed to my nieces 2nd birthday party, and I don’t even feel like a person.
The tour was nice yesterday, the band was ‘of monsters and men’. I used to listen to their stuff years back. There were many nights where the song ‘dirty paws’ played in a loop with my other 5 or 6 fixated songs. They are from Iceland, it’s always really refreshing when tours/artists aren’t from America, although sometimes I feel myself trying to prove to them that all Americans aren’t dumb. We aren’t all the same. Usually by the end of the day, after I’ve shown up openly in front of them continuously doing whatever they need- I can feel the feeling of “maybe all Americans aren’t ridiculous”
Anyway, I hope everyone has a good day. Much love 🖤
