i have all my heart out for edith, downtown abbey creators did her so bad, i hate em, if i could i would have killed them and saved edith being the knight in a shining armour but then get rejected by edith herself cause why not?

inherently, we have to all agree that it goes edith -> judith -> laurie -> jamie with jamie being the ultimate culmination of every woman that michael has ever tormented (and felt tormented by).
jamie instinctively knows layout of the family home. she naturally acts like and emulates judith (h5), someone she has never known or met. she is set up to be the fairytale princess after a tragic life event, while michael is the dark prince resurrected to whisk her away.
but has he come to rescue her? by following h6, technically? more, he’s there to capture her, which throws the entire dynamic of h4-h5 into a new perspectve.
michael might be the solo male lion of the myers pride, but the women run his life endlessly.

so a while back my dad changed the theme of our fb chat to the Edith from Wednesday one, coz we both really like the show and character. and you know what’s adorable? this grump of a man who is awkward about verbal affection (we are both so very autistic) has discovered that the default emoji of the theme is a little black heart and now uses it CONSTANTLY
its like the emoji has unlocked a love language for him, its adorable

Loml hiiiiii. Work has been crazy but i’ll be brand new after the weekend. What’s up with the weather tho??? I live in countryside and i drive around a lot for work and honestly atp i learned how to drift cause you’re gonna slide a bit no matter what u do😭 and no one is gonna manage to clear all the snow.
Actually i’m full on considering it 👀👀👀. I saw that the train tickets are super cheap so if i can get out of work on friday i will probably go 🥰
