“For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.”
Jeremiah 6:13-14, KJV
“Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.”
Jeremiah 8:10-11, KJV
“Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord GOD. And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD. Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:”
Ezekiel 13:8-10, KJV
“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”
1 Thessalonians 5:3, KJV
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.”
Matthew 23:37-38, KJV
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.”
Luke 13:34-35, KJV

Thank-you!
Its my dying moments, i am a boy again, soaking in the terror of the southern gothic realized—
Scared from the solitude of distant trains roaring, while the glassy silence washes over the field beside my home.
Its dusk, the trees and grass turns blue; the metal sky darkens.
The deep sour stains my soul. It leaks from me, like a soggy paper bag. The trees turn black against the swirling storm.
I felt the presence of awful loneliness in those moments, slithering by my ears. I feel it even now, it never left me. Even as coyotes chitter in the brush.
The pines sizzle in the wind, hushing me into sleep.
The moment fades with the setting sun.
Frozen in anguish I can
finally appreciate the depth of
Emotion in the scream
The feeling frozen distant haunting
The same in finding I am perhaps
Using people close to me
To fulfill unmet needs is it so bad
For me to want to feel safe or
Accepted loved by people who may
Or may not care but for whom
My mind considers safe as a haven
Amidst the quicksand I drown in

Fairy folk surely. Will o’whisp skipping about, follow not the false flames at twilight.
