I mailed out this fabulous custom envelope book to @thetamehuman this week.

I can’t thank her enough for her enthusiasm for the prototype book I made a few weeks ago. We decided on this great black and silver floral paper for the cover, with a selection of rainbow papers for the inside envelopes.

There’s nothing like that feeling of getting something that you have really been wanting, is there?

I had a taste for a really good hamburger, so I made one. It was delicious!

It’s just like that satisfying feeling when you want your own custom-made journal and it comes to you. I’m so excited to share this custom journal that reached its destination today. It combines my skills as both a book binder and a paper artist in a truly unique way.

When @theartofthevibe_arae asked if I could add these three elements to a journal, I jumped on the chance. She told me the colors and picked a cover paper and the rest was up to me.

Each element is cut and glued to the cover individually. I spent a lot of time making sure they were well adhered and able to survive the rigors of being on a journal, and I’m really proud of how they turned out.

We made a custom set of pages too, with alternating lined and blank sheets to inspire both writing and art.

Thank you @theartofthevibe_arae for trusting me with this idea and letting me creat something special just for you.
