These Spicy Sweet Potato Hash Brown Waffles are a delicious and unique twist on traditional waffles. They’re crispy, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients: 2 cups grated sweet potatoes. ¼ cup finely diced onion. ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese. ¼ cup all-purpose flour. ½ teaspoon salt. ¼ teaspoon black pepper. ¼ teaspoon paprika. ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cooking spray.

Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron and spray it with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, diced onion, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the sweet potato mixture. Mix until well combined. Brush the waffle iron with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Scoop the sweet potato mixture onto the waffle iron, spreading it evenly. Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and serve hot.

These offbeat and inspired pancakes combine the rich flavors of mocha and spices with the tangy goodness of buttermilk. Perfect for a special breakfast or brunch treat.

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. ½ teaspoon baking soda. ¼ teaspoon salt. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon. ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg. ¼ teaspoon ground cloves. ½ cup buttermilk. ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Instructions: Mix the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices with a whisk in a bowl. Add the egg, melted butter, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract to another bowl. In that bowl, mix the buttermilk. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just combined. Don’t mix it too much; lumps are fine. Put a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with oil or butter. For every pancake, put ¼ cup of pancake batter on the pan. Start cooking when the top starts to bubble. Then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown. You can top the warm spiced mocha buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, whipped cream, chocolate chips, or anything else you like. Have fun with your one-of-a-kind Wistring Spiced Mocha Buttermilk Pancakes!
