I customised a bracelet and necklace set I got off a fancy dress shop on ebay for less than 3 quid. I just combined the two together to create this choker/necklace.
It’s not the best of quality and the skulls needed aligning. I used my trusty scissors,needle and thread to navigate my way. No pliers or such.
