Getting some various travel pouches set up, one for drawing, one for basic small gear, one for cords and electronics, and I love the Maxpedition brand. Nicely made pouches with good YKK zippers. (Not sponsored, not a brand influencer, I just like their stuff and have used it for years.)
In browsing the site, I had to grab this patch too. To my Good Omens eye, this could be a symbol for Crowley & Aziraphale, rather than the caduceus it is meant to be. Aye?

Experimenting with stencils, bleach, and some old black pants.
While I was only able to get one coat on the first patch (you can see that the stencil broke partway through…), I’m already figuring out how to modify the design for better support.
Sewing a new patch and realized i accidentally used the lesbian flag colors for the roses lmao

So my goals for this weekend were to finish off the work that I missed when I was ill on Tuesday and also to finish the PowerPoint for a talk I’m doing at my old highschool
…So naturally I have spent my Sunday afternoon (my only real free time this weekend) not doing any of that, but rather embroidering a The Very Hungry Caterpillar patch with anti-consumerist messaging for my jacket lol
so i am feeling super creative and im gonna start taking suggestions for flag patches to make. this creativity probably won’t stay very long though so um yeah.

-Patches is the black shadow raven doll, the smartest (and the most mature)
-Macaw is the blue parrot doll, the lovable jerk
-Daisy is the yellow cat doll, the happiest but crazy
-Pillar is the red caterpillar doll in a paper bag, the nervous wreck
-Ollie is the white parasite doll with tentacles, the moody emo one
-Andy is the baby blue doll, the “baby” of the group
