This flag is made specifically for those who have been addicted to Vyvanse or are addicted to Vyvanse and your experiences with addiction have shaped your identity. Anyone who’s struggled with any amount of Vyvanse use can use it!
Background: I have struggled with Vyvanse addictions a few times. I’ve been on it almost my whole life ever since I was 6, so it wasn’t a surprise it became very addictive for me. My first addiction was when I was 14, and I kept having my doctor increase my dosage and he didn’t notice my very obvious addiction symptoms. Another time was at 17, I didn’t get the help I needed and never told anyone about my addiction, so I relapsed as soon as I got put back in it. I was put on a massive dose and would often take x2 or x3 the dosage, which was about 140-210 mg. It was not being regulated well for me. I finally stopped when I had a heart attack scare while overamping, that night was probably the scariest experience of my life. Even before then I’ve had a pretty funky heart lol, so it was a real possibility for me. I stopped both times on my own, cold turkey. This flag is self indulgent, but anyone who fits the bill can use :)
