In the Garden of Eden life was perfect for man and woman, but after disobeying God the perfection of the world was destroyed by the entrance of sin into the world, and the course and history of mankind since has been marked by conflict, struggles and strife.

We sadly see this in society with crime, corruption, and conflict in our families, in our communities and in our country. In so many ways it is heart breaking and devastating to see our country divided with such distain, anger, and down-right hatred toward one another. When we look at what has happened to us it always gets back to removing God from our lives and not following His ways.

While we as a nation may have left God by not only allowing but approving all kinds of errant practices, God NEVER left us, we have certainly LEFT HIM! espite the moral mayhem that has appeared in the last few decades there is an answer and that is PRAYER, and God gave us the cure for our fractured nation when he said:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves
AND pray,
AND seek my face,
AND turn from their wicked ways;
— THEN will I hear from heaven,
AND will forgive their sin,
AND will heal their land.”
2 Chronicles 7:14

Prayer powerfully alters things, and while our country will never be perfect we can help heal the differences within us and bring good things about. While sin will always remain in this world, he still gives us the ability to make right choices — and this always must first begin by ‘turning from wicked ways.’

My dear friend, would you close your eyes and pray with me?

Dear Lord God Almighty, and merciful God, We come together in one accord to pray for the deliverance of our sinful ways as a nation and all the abhorrent evil of America that we have done in this world. Help us to be unified abiding and acknowledging Your Commandments and that through our obedience and prayers to bring about a major shift and change in those who are walking in rebellion against You in our nation. We pray for our country to repent and turn back to you, follow you. and turn our hearts back towards You. We pray all of this prayer in the holy name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.

I’m so so soooooo close to hitting this goal toward one of these gift cards; I could really really use the money because I need nibs for my tablet. But this game that I’m absolutely smashing stopped being really interesting? At about level 250?? But it’s supposed to have at least 2000 levels???? A lot of the levels have just been repeating, but they’ll move a piece that you need at the beginning way to the end? So it’s just gotten nauseatingly boring for me. But I knocked out some sixty levels today, and I have about seventy left, so I’m hoping tomorrow, I can just get this wiped out so I can get some cash in my pocket, if only for a moment.

Other than that, downloading all those images that turned out to be AI (and just, why? If I put free AI things in my digital shop, I wouldn’t expect people to pay me for the things I actually made?? Because how do they know I actually made these things myself??) ate up an absolute fuckton of memory on my tablet, so I had to clean that up. I wasted so much of my time and energy downloading them in the first place, I’m keeping them and I’m going to do them better. Whenever I need a side quest, I’m going to pick one of these images and find a bunch of (hopefully, I intend them to be non-AI, but I’ll do my best) components online, such as flowers, terra cotta pots, old pages of hand writing, and so forth, to recreate these junk journal pages legitimately.

Actually……. I mean honestly, it could be cool to make a digital junk journal. I’ve actually been meaning to, even though I wouldn’t have any idea what to do with it….. Junk journal zine, anybody? Gosh that would be expensive……

I’ve been thinking, I bet with my creative writing zines, somebody at least once, is probably going to make blackout poetry, because honestly, that’s something I could imagine doing if I was a junk journaler. Blackout poetry and stickers and pressed flowers or photos of my cats. Idk.

I’m already kinda starting to feel like none of my writing projects are interesting, they’re all cringe, I should just quit wasting my and everyone else’s time. I honestly do NOT know if that’s the depression, or me being basically socially isolated or………idk. But I’ve also already decided, the beatings will continue until morale improves. Beating the keyboard, beating my head into a wall. Whatever, all of it.

The toffee Oreos taste like what I would imagine if somebody just sprayed the same butter flavor in Jelly Belly’s in your face. Not your mouth. Your whole face. Coke cherry vanilla, pretty good, wouldn’t go out of my way for.
