Accountability video from my workout at Planet Fitness today! Still getting comfortable with the cable machine; I used to be quite intimidated by it but one day I just took a chance on it and I’ve been hooked since!
I went super hard on legs on Monday to where I only just started walking normally again in these past 24 hours! I really want to start going just as hard on my upper body and so today’s focus was primarily that.. I did work my inner thighs and glutes at the end of the workout but I’m hoping to feel this in my arms and shoulders tomorrow!
It’s always tough to go to the gym but I’m always happy when I commit and go put that work in! Until next time!
