I started a new cardio workout last night where I bounce on my cone shaped dildo while squating for as long as I can for 30 minutes. This is the dildo that I own:

I wasn’t able to ride it for that long at a time and I realized that I was getting the same if not better workout that I was when walking at the gym for an hour and sitting in the sauna for 30 minutes.
Doing this will help me get into shape and also further my progress of stretching my asshole wider and wider each day. I’m going to start recording the amount of time I’m actually bouncing on the dildo in the 30 minutes until I am able to go for the whole 30 minutes.
