Simple low carb sweet treat for when you just dont want to bake and need that snacky/crunchy, act of eating for say a time when you are having a hard moment. Eating it during a hard moment is not ideal of course, there’s lots of other things you can do for a hard moment but sometimes you eat. So, for me, I like to eat one piece at a time. Savoring each crunch and making the snack session last as long as possible… Sitting down, and appreciating the snack, taking a breathe, and being proud of yourself for grabbing something like this instead of doing something unhealthy or turning to and unhealthy coping mechanism…
Being keto, its easy to consume densely caloric snacks in a short period of time. Which can be defeating if your goal is to lose weight. What I’m saying is that keto is high fat (low carb) foods, so the actual volume of food eaten can sometimes be a small amount, but that’s because it’s packed full of healthy fats that will fuel you for hours to come. 1 gram of a carbohydrate is only 4 calories, where is 1 gram of fat is 9 calories. •Pop some #Popcorn in the microwave.
•Add chocolate chunks/chips to the hot Popcorn
•Toss with chopsticks. For some reason it coats it better than mixing with a spoon.
