My advice as someone who spends a LOT of time doing shit like this? Team up, make groups around like minded archivists and then divide and conquer. Assign people to specific series. The sheer amount of space a single person would need for all of it is infeasible unless you have a lot of extra storage installed in your computer, the best tactic is going to be to divide it up in a coordinated effort.
