Finally had time to post my Vinted parcel. Buyer was a bit rude, threatened cancelling over nothing. Kept them updated, they knew I was doing my best and keeping them updated. And I did it 😭😂 all the while I was walking I kept thinking ‘they better not cancel now I’m going to actually post it’ BC I won’t lie I was thinking they would at any time.

All I had was a string of bad luck, I kept being unable to do it and the situation was out of my control. Has happened a few times before yet no one kicked up a fuss about it, so idk why they started. Even implied I was lying about being able to post it tomorrow 🙄😭

Disabled Relay because it’s too far, and obviously after that fiasco I’m not going to walk twenty minutes to places I’m unfamiliar with just to post something I don’t want anymore

The representation in the Netflix movie Relay is so good!

Man of color MC - Muslim American who grew up getting beat up in post 9/11 NYC as a kid, now a recovering addict, and fluent in sign language (Riz Ahmed is BABY) and protects people who are victims of corporate greed

Not to mention female MC and female villains, plus a man of color Asian American villain

And a woman of color African American recovering addict and police chief (who came in CLUTCH)

And no one is stereotyped or fetishized!!!

just watched relay (2024) and the major twist relies on me trusting white people and since i don’t do that i guessed it once the main actors were introduced. hate to see a brother go down bc he thought he could trust a white person. fun film though.

‘Relay’ Review: Throwback thriller told one call at a time

“Relay” follows a bribe broker who breaks his own rules when a client needs protection, complicating his usual operations.

What makes “Relay” stand out is the fact that most of its most impactful scenes of dialogue come over the phone. It takes this even further, as the person sending the message isn’t always the one speaking.

Utilizing the real-life Telecommunications Relay Service, the film…
