Hello everyone! Alice again <3 Back a bit sooner than I thought I would be, because I intended my next post to be on the 9th. Anyway, here is Cortana, the protagonist of my new (mostly) patreon exclusive comic Wetwork In Paradise.
She’s an assassin, not one with a tragic backstory or a relatable reason for turning to that line of work. She grew up in a wealthy family pestering people online, then used her mother’s fortune to buy expensive upgrades (like hollow bones) that gave her an advantage over other mercenaries in the world.
She then used that advantage to earn money and fuel her vices, most of which are drugs. Cortana is fun to write because I’m used to writing angels like Vaye, it’s refreshing to write a complete degenerate like her. Someone that only works because she likes getting high on expensive drugs and hiring escorts. With the added frustrated bit that she didn’t earn even her implants, she just came from a wealthy family.
Her comic is set way after Golden Chains, so brace for spoilers for that.
This will be mostly an NSFW comic, so predictably I won’t be posting much of it on DA (or my other public facing accounts). I’ll post what I can though, because there’s still worldbuilding in it and I want to share that.
Also her revolvers have strange counters like in tf2, which is funny.
I got some other more penny ante art coming up, but I’ll be dual wielding it with my comic. One is NSFW, the other one isn’t and will be posted here <3

Tomb Raider announces two new games
While Geoff Keighley had already announced that Tomb Raider would be making a Game Awards appearance, the surprise was that instead of one game announcement there’s two.
