DO IT. Don’t Quit.
Hey everybody so I thought I would share my life story and update as I go!
I grew up in a small town in Nova Scotia, Canada. back in the early 2000s when I went shopping or to the mall, people were always staring at me when I walked. Sometimes it just made me uncomfortable. Nobody really knew what to think or do. I was a very shy, quiet kid and in my head a lot. That lasted until I started going to the gym in 2012 which made me feel more comfortable with myself physically as it helped my mobility. Then, in 2015 I got to go to Acadia University and that helped me to really open up and be more comfortable with myself mentally. That was back to 2015 when people were starting to be more open and more excepting.
I was able to do a speech in front of around 300 people, I love going to the gym, loved what it did to my body, loved pushing myself to see what I could do next. Plus I came out of the closet to everyone. I really found myself.
In 2019 I graduated from University taking a special learning program, in kinesiology. Then I moved to Halifax Nova Scotia stated to work at 2 gyms. A Circus school and Zachman sports Plex. But soon after that Covid happened and everything closed for a while, I had to move back to my parents house, I lived there for a few months but with a family members mental health (who I love with all my heart) just wouldn’t help themselves and I helped as much as I could but I had to leave.
I moved with my best friend that has helped me through everything, she’s one of a kind. 26 years we are celebrating being best friends!!
Here it goes guys, I was born with a disability called cerebral palsy. I got around pretty good before Covid but sense then I’ve been using a cane. I kind of lost my confidence, my strength who I was.
On September 11, I started my journey with out my cane!!! I’ll post the video!! I just have to make my walking a little slower and take my time! I am going to be posting videos and whatever on here I would love for you to join my journey with me 🚶♂️🚶♂️

You have to show the universe that “Listen, I’m willing… even when I don’t feel like doing it.” Workout done!
Reaping the benefits of hard work. 💕
