They don’t work with terrorists. Leon is thrown to the wolves, his disappearance staged as a suicide turns out to have been murder. When Leon was not negotiated for, the agent snapped. He goes on a live-streamed tirade that ends tragically. They buried him. He’s been dead for 3 years now and Chris has never forgiven himself for Leon’s ‘death’ at the hands of Umbrella and his worst enemy Wesker.
