When I was younger and would hear people say ‘the phone goes both ways’ in regards to parents not calling their kids, it would always make me laugh because my dad was in prison and could only make calls, not receive them, so I was like 'the phone does NOT go both ways’ lol

The truth is that it actually is CKD friendly!
The recipe included lean ground beef, oatmeal, kidney beans, spinach, tomato paste, egg, powdered milk, bread crumbs and apple sauce. There is nothing there that seems CKD unfriendly to me!

Why do people get like 12 life sentences? Like the whole point is that they’ll be in prison their whole lives. But let’s add a few more sentences. Just in case. You die and somehow get reincarnated as another being? Not so fast, buddy, you’ve still got 11 more life sentences to serve. You rot in prison and your spirit goes on to haunt the mortal realm? Nuh uh, life sentences cover the afterlife, too.
