Two daughters who never saw this story being the one either of us would one day be telling.

I find comfort it knowing that I’ve seen the worse. I’ve watched rock bottom. I have been tried in ways I never thought were possible, both mentally and physically. I found comfort in finding a purpose in my grief.

Did I choose this story? No. But, I am extremely thankful to be the strongest version of myself today.

I am strong because I had no other choice. I am stronger because I took that choice and continued to run with it.

So as part of the task in this 9 days of initiation tasks I was asked to think about while walking steps a hill a path for each year of my life to walk physically Upperhill or up steps or on a path and to go over and recite milestones and things have happened in each of the years of our life so I did this task and I’ve recorded a vlog about some of those things

I’m happy to say I’ve transitioned that I’ve transcended and evolved that I feel good about how far I’ve come in my journey and recommend you doing the same so
Think about contrasting moments in your life through your life and how they transitioned those #DefiningMoments
The things that happened to you that maybe weren’t so nice at the time when you were going through them but because of them created great change in your life
whatever they were the things that you felt had a strong beliefs about and may have changed who you are fundamentally in the cycle of learning and understanding of raising our #consciousness of learning to #forgive both ourselves and other people things that happen in our life help us change and evolve the current global crisis as a human race is a perfect example of this but it can be things like losing a pet becoming a mum leaving home to abuse the loss of a child becoming ill listen to my story and how I’ve transitioned and transcended my own #generational patterns by becoming aware and living more #intentionally
