Okay. I know we all know Facebook/ Insta / Meta sucks in general, and especially when it comes to privacy, we all know that for a fact. But man, they just be getting worse and worse.
There’s a big chance that I’m late to this, but I was looking through Insta’s Privacy Policy stuff just now (I was looking for a stream-line way of certain opt-outs and a possible DNSMI) and came across this:
What’s worse is there is no way to opt-out of this. If you use Meta’s services (even if you DON’T– I’ll get to that in a sec), you are participating. Which SUCKS for those that hate generative AI and don’t want to participate in the direct improvement of it, but can’t let go of the app for their business, etc. Also, the “AI at Meta” link redirects to this:
