Japanese macaques, better known as snow monkeys, are famous for sitting in steaming hot springs when temperatures drop. While the warm water clearly helps them cope with winter cold, researchers at Kyoto University found that these baths do more than provide heat.

Hello everyone, life update:
I’ve been less active because my best friend came to visit me from her city for a few days and I wanted to spend most of my time with her
I’m also in the middle of moving; I’m literally in my cold apartment while my dad looks for the moving truck key 💔 I don’t know where to put it
Today wasn’t a very good day. Since I’m moving, we bought prepared food, and sadly, being vegetarian, the options are almost always salad, I bought one and when I opened it there was tuna underneath. I ate most of it without touching the tuna, but it was a very bad experience
And to top it all off, on March 9th I have to resume my studies and my English course
I’m tired of everything…
