The Administrator turns around. Framing her, as usual, is a wall of security camera feeds, rendering a verbal warning pointless. “Yes?”

“There’s, um…” Rain’s also not something a verbal warning tends to work for, as it is a verbal warning in and of itself. “Flooding.” Before she can add some snarky comment, Pauling elaborates. “More than usual, anyway.”

The Administrator turns back to her camera feeds. Obviously, most of them show rain. God knows she’s lived here long enough, so she also isn’t very shaken by the sight of the flooding. What is noteworthy is when the screens start flickering off.
