I got my midterm back. The one for the Death in Literature class.
I got an A+!
My professor said that it was a very creative and unique piece, and was very well described.
Just finished a midterm last night.
The assignment? Write a folktale with a moral, featuring death.
The class? Death in literature. And yes, it’s as interesting as it sounds.
Did I write it in a procrastination haze? Why yes, I did, thank you for asking.
I remember absolutely nothing, unfortunately, except, perhaps, the first line:
