I recently decided to write a play based on an ancient story set in Sicily. It revolves around the foud between Peroll’s family and Luna’s, two powerful clans of the city of Sciacca. At the heart of the plot lies a forbidden love story set against the historical background of the conflict between Aragonese and Norman powers for control over Southern Italy. I will keep you all updated as the work in progress. I guess I’m gonna start by reading some historical plays such as Henric IV (William Shekspeare). Recommendations are welcome :)

Scions of Terre d’Ange is an AU medieval RP set in the world of the Kushiel books created by Jacqueline Carey. Open to people of all experience new and old to the Kushiel-verse with easily to follow resources that can have you jumping into the setting and plot with little knowledge of the books.  The site is a 18+ (3/3/3), no wordcount and profile app forum.  We are highly LGTBQ+ friendly, as they were in the setting, and we encourage our writers to stretch the boundaries of their imagination and express their desires with us.

It was a good decision to go to Ireland for the autumn

I live in an old town which means that every time there’s new roadwork or new construction going on there will always be some kind of medieval archaeological finds.

Today while walking to a café with my coursemates we saw someone digging out an old house foundation along with an almost perfectly preserved wooden bathtub.
