I love walking in to the warm-up room to give actors places warnings because I always walk in to the strangest things.

Yeah they do the usual warm-ups like coconut and zing-zing-zaAaAa but today they had the funky metronome going and the guy playing Noel had his little plush catcus that looks like a dick placed right in front of where I come in.

Het is pas het begin… Maar soms moet je gewoon je eigen verhaal durven vertellen. Ik zat laatst te denken, hoe vaak durven we echt te doorbreken? Om onze eigen stem te laten klinken, ondanks alle chaos en twijfels?

We praten, we plannen, maar soms blijf je gewoon hangen in die ‘kleine’ gedachten. Tot iemand zegt: “Doorpakken.” Dat is precies wat ik voel. Het is tijd. Tijd om onze dromen uit te pakken, locaties te boeken, stichtingen op te zetten. Ook al is het spannend, financiële stress, of dat kleine stemmetje dat zegt: “Is dit niet te veel?”

We mogen niet wachten tot alles perfect is. Het grootste risico? Niet proberen. Want het echte avontuur begint daar waar je je hart volgt. En dat is precies wat ik wil blijven doen, blijven proberen, blijven groeien, blijven dingen delen.

Misschien is dat wel de sleutel, gewoon die eerste stap zetten. Het hele pad wordt minder eng als je begint te lopen. Nu jij. Waar wacht jij nog op? Want soms is het écht pas het begin, als je durft te geloven in je eigen verhaal. De Toekomst? Die schrijf je zelf.
