#Minchi #Macanese / #マカオ の #ミンチ

マカオの家庭料理、ミンチを作って食べてみましたよ。フライパン一個でできる簡単レシピです。

牛ひき肉150g、豚ひき肉150g、ジャガイモ1個は8㎜位の角切り、玉ねぎ半分はみじんに、にんにく1個もみじん切り。

〇 ひき肉に醬油小さじ２と砂糖こさじ１を混ぜておきます。

〇 180度油をフライパンに2㎝位入れて180度に熱して、ジャガイモを色よく揚げます。

〇 フライパンから揚げ油を容器等に戻し、そこにニンニクと玉ねぎをいれて、玉ねぎをが透明になったらひき肉をいれて火を通します。醬油小さじ1/2と、コショウを適量ふり混ぜます。

〇 お皿にもって、ジャガイモをのせて、ご飯と目玉焼きで。

Lots of walking deserved a nice #lunch at this gem, just steps away from the A-Ma Temple, and features a beautiful list of Portuguese and #Macanese dishes (that’s the local fusion of Cantonese and Portuguese). The attached photos include the most tender salata de pulpo I’ve ever had, and one dish I was dying to try, chorizo fried rice known here as Chau Chau. Other honorable mentions include Caldo Verde with bok choy, and bacalao a bris with salted cod, egg, olives and matchstick fries. It doesn’t have a Michelin star yet, but It’s recommended on the #Michelin guide, so they’re on the radar. A wonderful place I highly recommend ❤
