If I Have To Stop This Car - другий повноформатний альбом нью-йоркського співака та автора пісень Браяна Майкла Генрі після 2021’s Remote Work. З точки зору звуку, це рух далі в напрямку, який Генрі взяв із The Horror! The Horror!, його міні-альбом 2022 року: пульсуючі синтезатори, теплий бас-вокал, запам’ятовуються хуки та розумні тексти на незвичайні теми.
“Кожна пісня на цьому альбомі розповідає про спробу когось змінити, ” Генрі каже про тему запису. “Ну, деякі з них більше схожі на бажання змінити їх, не намагаючись так сильно, ” він уточнює.

“Clone You” - це бажання проявити другий шанс разом із другою половинкою. У пісні він заявляє, що “клонує you”, тому, коли все піде не так, він може просто почати все спочатку з “cobin cop ” Саммерс знову звучить на електрогітарі в треку, який, здається, натхненний пост-панковими британськими виконавцями, такими як The Smiths і The Cure.
