Frustration with self

Day 8 - 13. They were a disaster. Always pulled between 3 and 20 eyelashes. It is a wonder I had so many left. What the hell. Christmas sucks. Being sick sucks. Trich sucks. Uuugh. Mayve I am not strong enough. Maybe I am not okay at all. I have to try harder.

Whenever I feel like I have poor self control I remind myself it could always be worse.

I could have inherited my father’s near total absence of self control.

He’s in the emergency room, again, because he decided to eat chilli, again. Which at his age of 48, he’s well aware his body ferociously rebels against.

He hasn’t been able to eat chilli without throwing up, not uncommonly to the point of having to go to the hospital, since his late 20s.

This however has not stopped him from going to the emergency room at least once a year for chilli related vomiting.

Anyways my mom is finally putting her foot down and has told him he’s not allowed to have chilli anymore.

So like always remember that your self control could always be worse.

You could be hospitalizing yourself once a year because you can’t bring yourself to stop seeking out and eating food that makes you violently ill.

Day 8. Pulled 3 eyelashes. Christmas (and maybe the flu) is kicking my ass. I know I can do better.

Day 7. Stressed out af as christmas eve comes. Pulled one eyelash. Also had a fever. Being sick never helps with trich.
