Okey dokey! January 1st, 2026 - February 1st, 2026.
Started at 212.3, goal was to be down to 205. Didn’t quite meet the goal, but did lose 5lbs which is pretty cool.
Focus this month was on eating more protein and fiber while staying around 1200 calories. I wasn’t as strict on myself about that as I used to be which is probably why I only lost the 5lbs and not the 7.3lbs I was hoping for. I did quit drinking soda though! I also only did some occasional lifting (25reps of 15lb weights; curls, Russian twists, situps, squats) and my step count average was less than 4k a day.
Goal for March 1st is 200lbs so again, have a hefty size goal but if you don’t shoot for the stars, you’ll miss ‘em every time. Ya dig? I’d like to average at least 5k steps a day, lift more intentionally, and drink more water. Tune in March 1st to see where my weight lands 🥳
