I love how often in the manga Vash will be doing absolutely nothing wrong, just thinking or minding his own business or even just saying something nice, and Wolfwood will stare at him for a moment before going “holy shit you piss me off” and attacking him unprovoked.

I feel like the differences between Vash fighting antagonistic characters in the various forms of Trigun are as follows:

98 anime: Mwauahaha! I have you now Vash the Stampede! You won’t be able to escape!

Vash: oh no! *dodges bullets in an incredibly silly fashion*

Stampede/Stargaze: If I don’t do this, a horrible fate will befall me, and I’m too scared to go against orders!

Vash: But you can choose to change! Everyone is capable and I believe in you!

If I had ever used vine or tiktok in my life I would be so on that shit, unfortunately I recognize that either app would trap me in the adhd vortex so I’ve always avoided them and don’t have a reliable source of funny ones to take stuff from lol.

Losing my mind a little over episode 11 of the Trigun 98 anime. Like the whole thing is a filler episode set up like it’s meant to establish the MillyWood ship, but then at the end it suddenly goes “SIKE it was gay all along!”

I’m having a trigun moment and I’m thinking about vash. I am always thinking about vash. like. god. Vash. what a character. he’s an angel nuclear weapon tree who has suffered more than Jesus and he’s also the most annoying moron to ever exist. he fascinates me. I want to skin him and make him into a coat.
