🧠 Overthinking is when your mind fills in the blanks with worst-case endings.

Next time you feel yourself slipping into the overthinking vortex, pause and ask:
• Did this really happen?
• Or did I just imagine the outcome?
• What’s the simplest explanation?

Not every thought deserves your energy! ✨

She’s in a meeting. 💻

And also remembering the appointment. The email. The dinner. The feeling she may have hurt someone.

The friend she hasn’t checked on. 🤍
All at once. Every single day.

That’s not multitasking.
That’s the mental load.
It doesn’t need a special day to be seen.

See her. Show up for her. Not once a year. Always. 💜

Not everything women carry was theirs to begin with. 💭

This Women’s Day, we pause to notice, question, and unlearn with compassion. 💜

The Post-Vacation Slump Is Real!

Some days feel heavier than others, even weeks after a break. Mid-month is often when energy and focus don’t match the to-do list. 😮‍💨

That’s okay. Give yourself space to adjust. 💙

Slow momentum and steady progress, it all adds up.

By now, the new-year rush has settled into real life.

Busy days, full schedules, moving parts.
This week, try showing up a little more gently. 🌿

Pause. Check in. Notice what you need and give yourself permission to respond.

Sometimes, that’s more than enough. 💙

We talk so much about doing more, being better, staying consistent.

But what if growth also looks like letting go?

Letting go of rushing mornings, instant replies, skipped breaks, and the way we’re so hard on ourselves for being human. 💙

There was much of the beautiful, much of the wanton, much of the bizarre, something of the terrible, and not a little of that which might have excited disgust.

🥗 Food isn’t “good” or “bad”, it’s energy. And movement isn’t punishment, it’s balance. 🏃

Here’s a simple look at how long everyday activities take to burn off some of our favourite foods; not to restrict, but to understand our choices a little better.

Eat what you love. Move in ways that feel good. ❤️

Find the balance that works for you.

I don’t know why but every time i start reading one of EAP’s stories, I expect the beloved woman to be unreachable. Like the narrator can see, can be friends or close with her, but never with her. And i am deeply surprised e v e r y s i n g l e t i m e when it turns out that actually, they’re married.

Something within me is in so much disbelief… Each and every time the woman sounds so unreachable, away, at a distance – you name it. How come you can be so far even when married?
