“Peter is working for the Bugle, in college, and is Spider-man. It’s not going well. He’s running himself ragged, and even worse, Wade is beginning to catch on.
In the meantime, Wade is trying to balance his own civilian life.
Ellie has been growing up fast, and Wade is desperate to see her before his little girl grows up. There’s a lot he has to do to gain visitation rights– let alone any sort of custody.
So when Spiderman asks if Wade can cover for him, Wade decides he’s going to get to the bottom of it. If he can fix this, he can fix himself right?!
On his first night off, Peter finds himself in a predicament.
Face first, unmasked in front of Wade.
Surely the Peter Parker meeting infamous mercenary Deadpool won’t further complicate this predicament… and surely they won’t meet again!”

YMCA is his ring tone and who let the dogs out
The boxes first made their appearance in wolverine origins, only 1 box(white) which started as a diary entry but sorta got it’s own thing going on, it’s self deprecating of wade, with the other box being his usual mologue
It’s also the beginning of Daniel way’s time writing him, big focus on his crazy and self deprecating side, but also he’s really competent so y'know win win
Yellow box is made its own thing separated from wade once day’s run starts in full
Hallucinations gallore
The abusive mother in his teens isn’t retconned(?) So I either he remembers stuff wrong or he had a stepmom before his father died (who took him in even tho she didn’t want to?post death)
Eats a lot due to healing factor
Quite literally has a gun in his pants
Reluctant friendship with taskmaster, got taskmaster to pretend to be him
Likes pineapple and olive pizza(with burnt crust)
1 year older than bullseye, I’m actually a big fan of their friendship. Deadpool took bullseye to the hospital and even left him flowers(this was ofc after stabbing him with a meat hook, but y'know)
(Specific to ways run) SH when he gets too bored
Permanent discomfort due to healing factor
Has actually called spider-man baby boy
Shield made life decoy models of him
Knows how to pole dance (is anyone shocked?)

The white box can turn off the yellow box

Makes it into Santa’s nice list every year and writes to santa(according to the holiday special)

Has a lot of his own branded stuff(boxers, cap, t shirt, action figure, boots, jacket, pen, notebook, etc)
Spider-man has called him schizo (it’s heavily dependent on the writer on whether or not he has schizophrenia)
Still keeps a spoon collection(nice call back to Joe Kelly’s)
His healing factor isn’t common knowledge amongst mercenaries(except for all the times that it is????) (Dp himself confirms that if you look at his Wikipedia it’s there)
Screwed up weasels job as a hero
Somewhere between civil war and dark reign his name was changed from wade t wilson to wade Winston Wilson
Likes Metallica
Has fought moon knight (very fun 2 issues as someone with no knowledge of MK outside of the marvel show)
Backstory changes again with x men origins (he’s not an x men whatever) his dad up and left one day, leaving him with his mother, he eventually got sick of being a burden to her ( she never told him he was) a d ran away, then the whole shebang except now instead of his healing factor only kicking in when Ajax impaled him in the heart, the healing factor was around since weapon x and what got him to be sent to doctor killbrew was the fact that his skin made it hard for him to blend in (so bad for missions)

Briefly married satana, daughter of satan, who took half of his soul in the divorce
Cheats at sudoku
According to himself) healing factor causes him to live in permanent agony, one more point for the chronic pain
Has been fully naked in front of wolverine (like whole convo naked not just like a few seconds)

Making Spiderverse ocs and stuff is so funny.. Venom/Symbiote ocs in particular.. soemthing about it is very “I am cringe but I am free” to me in the same way as Underverse ocs. it just takes on a different vibe when it’s basically canon that a bunch of other universes exist. like hell yes my weird Spider-Man Deadpool hybrid man exists out there somewhere. so do my symbiote ocs. Fuck yes
I make it a bit less canon though due to the way I mash marvel & dc, whoopsies hehe.. I can’t tell my superhero universes apart very well but in my defense Spider-Man & Batman in the same universe sounds awesome. I can’t describe it but DC feels more American to me, but idk what I even mean by that.. like how apple pie and covered wagons feel American.. dc is apples, avengers is pears.
