In the Spider-verse I remember seeing people compare it to the underverse…and i never stopped thinking about it
Would there be like a bad Spider-mans league like with the bad sanses
Like i can see the superior spider-man (Doc Ock swapping minds with Peter) as the stand in for nightmare Sans…if anyone else has idea to fill he team I would love to hear them!!

Making Spiderverse ocs and stuff is so funny.. Venom/Symbiote ocs in particular.. soemthing about it is very “I am cringe but I am free” to me in the same way as Underverse ocs. it just takes on a different vibe when it’s basically canon that a bunch of other universes exist. like hell yes my weird Spider-Man Deadpool hybrid man exists out there somewhere. so do my symbiote ocs. Fuck yes
I make it a bit less canon though due to the way I mash marvel & dc, whoopsies hehe.. I can’t tell my superhero universes apart very well but in my defense Spider-Man & Batman in the same universe sounds awesome. I can’t describe it but DC feels more American to me, but idk what I even mean by that.. like how apple pie and covered wagons feel American.. dc is apples, avengers is pears.
Rewatched into the spiderverse. This really is one of the greatest films of all time isn’t it.
my girl peni parker gotta have the worst posture ever sitting in that circle robot all day

i love how in the leap of faith scene when miles looks up at the spiderman suit for a second time, it lines up with him not because he grew that tall he just approached it from a different angle
The digital version of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse changed a few things I liked from the alternate theatrical version. Like Gwen actually voicing concern for Miles in Pavitr’s dimension when she’s digging him out of the rubble.
But getting rid of one of the anticipation moments in the score here when the Prowler Miles holds his fist out is tragic. Why nerf such a cool track? They also added loud TV dialogue over the scene when he first drops down it seems, which just feels like it was tacked on for texture and ends up distracting from the mood the music is setting. (Correct me if I’m wrong. Could be the mixing. But it’s not heard during the shot of his shoe and collar in the theater footage like it is in the digital release clip.)
We really have pirates and bootleggers to thank for preserving what the theatrical-exclusive version was like.
So I’m a big Spider-Verse fan, right? Weekends means it’s movie night and today’s movie night is yet again another rewatch of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
And here’s what I noticed:

This scene is from when Miles breaks the goober, but you can see that the numbers from the sign that Miles fell into are 4 and 2
4 and 2
42
FORTY-TWO!!! LIKE EARTH-42!! THE EARTH THAT THE SPIDER THAT BIT MILES WAS FROM!!
This is super minor but I like how it’s a number that relates to Miles and not just any random number, the level of detail in these movies is insane man, I hope none of the people involved with these movies turns bald
