It wasn’t that Kairi was a bad student, her report cards from school had never been below a B but… they stared at the Keyblade in front of em. School was school. It was rigid, ey always knew what would happen after the first day. Or, at most, the first week. Training? Magic had a mind of its own sometimes.
Merlin wasn’t a bad teacher, it was just… Fae sighed. Kairi could cast a Thundaga easy. Same with almost any elemental spell, for that all she had to do was follow Sora’s lead. A bit harder now that they weren’t a part of his Heart but they’d always kept Sora close.
Ey blinked as someone else approached. She furrowed her eyebrows, lowering her Keyblade. “It would…? Then, I guess I should take a break, huh?” A small laugh escaped her as ey unsummoned their Keyblade. She vaguely remembered him, he’d been a part of the Organisation, right?
By the sounds of it, he was the cause for all that music.
Though faer time kidnapped in that castle was short, she recalled the strumming of a sitar. It had been comforting back then, even if fae knew that same person had done nothing abut their kidnapping.
“Huh? Oh, no, no! Merlin’s great, really—it’s just… I wanted to expand my horizons a little, y’know? Not doing a very good job of it though. But! Thanks for the heads up, any more tips you could give me?”
She looked up at him with hope, arms stretching behind her. It would be pretty easy to attack her now. Easy to repeat the past but… he was changed. Like Lea so she could give em a second chance. Even if it wasn’t asked just yet.
