Ingredients: ½ cup cornmeal. ½ cup all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp sugar. ½ tbsp baking powder. ¼ tsp salt. ½ cup non-dairy milk such as almond or soy milk. 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Prepare a small baking dish or two ramekins by greasing them. Put the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Combine the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil with the dry ingredients. Mix it up until it’s just right.
